A simple process, with no surprises.
We've refined how we work by shipping our own products. It comes down to small steps, working software early and staying honest about what's going on.
Four stages, from idea to growth.
Every project moves through the same four stages. How long each takes depends on your scope; how they work never changes.
- 011–2 weeks
Discover
We dig into your goals, users and constraints, then agree on scope, success metrics and a plan you can hold us to.
- 022–3 weeks
Design
Flows, interfaces and a clear technical architecture, shaped together with you and validated before we build.
- 03Weekly releases
Build
Short cycles, working software from week one, and a demo every week, so there are never any surprises.
- 04Ongoing
Launch & grow
We ship to production, measure what matters and keep improving. We don't disappear after go-live.

Plain-English updates
A short written summary of what shipped, what's next and anything that needs your decision.

It’s your software. Fully.
We build so that you could take everything in-house tomorrow. We earn repeat work by being useful, not by being hard to leave.
- Source code in your own repository from day one
- Documentation for setup, deployment and architecture
- Automated tests for the parts that matter most
- Infrastructure in accounts you control
- A walkthrough with your team before we step back
What guides every project.
- 01
We're operators, not just builders
We run our own products in production. Support tickets, app reviews, churn, pricing: we deal with all of it, and it shapes how we build for you.
- 02
Small, senior, direct
You work with the people writing the code. No account managers, no hand-offs, no telephone game.
- 03
Fast, never rushed
We ship working software early and often, without skipping the fundamentals: tests, security and accessibility.
- 04
Built to hand over
Clean, documented codebases that your team can own and extend. It's your software, not a black box.
Questions, answered.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, but we're always upfront. After a short intro call we send a written proposal with a clear price or range, and we'll tell you honestly if a smaller first step makes more sense.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
Most MVPs we scope land between 6 and 16 weeks. You'll see working software in the first weeks, not at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we build for you, including source code, designs and documentation, belongs to you once the work is paid for. No lock-in.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Discovery sprints and well-defined builds are usually fixed-price; ongoing partnerships are billed monthly.
What happens after launch?
We stay close. Most clients keep us on for improvements, monitoring and new features, and we hand everything over cleanly whenever you want to take it in-house.
Have an idea?
Let’s build it.
Tell us what you're working on. We'll reply within one business day with honest next steps, even if we're not the right fit.
