Growth Marketer

Own growth for our products: bring businesses to ReviewsJet through search, content and app marketplaces, and players to OneOfUs through the app stores and social.

About the role

You'll be the first dedicated marketer at FlexByt, working across two very different products. ReviewsJet is a self-serve SaaS that businesses find through search and the Wix, Webflow and WordPress app markets. OneOfUs is a party game for iOS and Android that spreads through group chats, TikTok and Instagram. You'll figure out what moves the numbers for each, then do more of it.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run growth experiments across channels, and report clearly on what worked
  • Grow ReviewsJet's organic traffic with SEO and genuinely useful content
  • Improve ReviewsJet's listings and ratings on the Wix, Webflow and WordPress app markets
  • Own App Store and Google Play optimisation for OneOfUs: listings, screenshots and keywords
  • Create short-form social content and grow the OneOfUs community on TikTok and Instagram
  • Write lifecycle emails and onboarding messages that turn sign-ups into active customers
  • Work closely with engineering on landing pages, analytics and in-product growth features

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience growing a SaaS product, a consumer app, or both
  • Strong writing: clear, specific and free of jargon
  • Comfort with analytics and making decisions from data
  • Practical SEO and content marketing experience
  • A bias for action: you'd rather ship a small experiment today than a big plan next month

Nice to have

  • Experience with app store optimisation (ASO)
  • A track record of creating short-form video content that performs
  • Experience marketing on app marketplaces such as Wix, Shopify or WordPress
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and email platforms

How we work

We're a small, senior team. We work in short cycles with weekly releases, review each other's code, write things down, and talk directly with the people who use what we build. You'll have real ownership from day one.
